Brian Michael joins King & Spalding in Los Angeles as a Partner. Brian was previously Deputy General Counsel and Vice President at 21st Century Fox.

He played an instrumental role in Company’s successful effort to secure declinations of prosecution from US and UK authorities in the UK phone hacking scandal and served on the company’s global Compliance Steering Committee – the world’s premier portfolio of cable, broadcast, film, pay TV, and satellite assets – with the Group GC (chair), CEO, and CFO. He led global compliance for the Fox Networks Group.
