Terrence Everett joins Blank Rome from Carlsmith Ball.

Terrence concentrates his practice on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, gaming, hospitality and real estate.

He has represented clients from NYSE companies to start up entities in connection with corporate structure and governance, acquisitions, operations and financing and acts as outside general counsel to various companies.

Terrence has extensive experience in complex international and cross border operations and transactions as well as equity, debt and venture capital financing, as well as real estate transactions.
