Sheng joins Mayer from DLA Piper in Hong Kong.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, especially China-related M&A’s and M&A involving regulated entities. He represents both Chinese and foreign clients in cross border acquisitions into China and outside China.

He also has a specific focus in advising investors and companies on investment opportunities relating to the insurance and healthcare sectors.
