Lippman Jungers LLC is a global legal recruiting firm focusing on top tier partner and practice group placement and new office openings.
Primarily focusing on partner and group placements, Kamari has been committed to assisting attorneys and law firms by serving as a conduit in scores of lateral attorney placements. Before joining Lippman Jungers LLC as Managing Director and opening their New York Office, Kamari was Director of Mergers & Partner Placements at Audrey Golden Associates Ltd. Kamari has a wealth of experience moving individual partners, groups, assisting major firms expanding into new markets and leading teams of recruiters in strategic retained searches.
Kamari opened the Los Angeles office of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and, in a recent blockbuster deal, she represented a major multi-partner intellectual property and corporate group from Chadbourne & Park LLP in their move to Perkins Coie LLP's New York office. The group was led by John Squires, co-chair of Chadbourne's intellectual property practice and the former Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Law firm clients turn to Kamari because she takes the necessary time to understand the institution, is exceptional at communicating with clients, tirelessly pursues their objectives and has a genuine passion for recruiting. Kamari is frequently asked to share her expert advice and industry information directly with upper law firm management who in turn retain her as their recruiter of choice for critical searches. Recently, a management committee member of an Am Law 100 firm, identified Kamari as one of three recruiters he viewed as "exceptional" in his 15 years of recruiting. Candidates cite Kamari's keen understanding of both the national and New York markets as well as her relationships with major decision makers and tireless advocacy.
